The data provided within the RDMS aims at delivering UC Health a systemwide look at event reports, patient experience feedback, complaints and grievances and Risk Management activities; with claims, and settlement data to be incorporated soon. Our goal is to encourage collaboration, share best practices and gain an understanding of what patient safety and risk management issues are occurring throughout our organization.
